The Dash-Board
This is a leader board inspired from ice road truckers (ref: History channel) the goal is to log each and every drivers loads per season ,who ever leads the table at the end of the season receives a reward and bragging rights. The leader board also applies to management to encourage them to take part in the actual trips and give them an opportunity to interact with all stakeholders.
